* Order preparation and collection take place from Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed from Monday, with delivery starting from Tuesday.

 
* Delivery times are subject to external factors once the parcel has been collected by the courier. Logistics issues beyond our control may arise (delays due to congestion, weather conditions, heat waves, routing errors, etc.), which may increase delivery times. Nevertheless, our customer service team will always be available to assist you in case of any issue. The 24/48h delivery services and the 14h and 19h express services deliver on business days only.

 

Important: Orders are prepared and collected from Monday to Friday. Delivery times start from the moment the product is dispatched.

Important: Deliveries within Europe can be made in 24-48 hours using our air express service. Express shipping costs are calculated in the cart, taking into account the selected items and the shipping address. This allows you to see the total amount, including shipping fees, before finalizing your purchase. We guarantee transparency and the best rate tailored to your needs.

Important: Ball cases and baskets have an additional shipping cost, which depends on the destination and will be shown in the cart once the shipping address is entered.

Shipping to the Canary Islands: Shipping costs to the Canary Islands are as follows:

    • Orders under €150: €19.95

    • Orders over €150: €19.95 + €13.50 DUA (Customs)

    • Ball cases: €18.95 per case

* Orders shipped to the Canary Islands have an estimated delivery time of up to 7 working days.

Shipping to Ceuta, Melilla, Azores, and Madeira: Shipping costs are calculated based on the items added and the cart total. The final shipping amount will be visible at checkout before payment.

Other Countries: Any country not listed in the table does not have ground shipping service available and will be served exclusively via air delivery.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country, but are generally between 3 and 5 business days.

IMPORTANT CONSIDERATIONS

Any additional costs due to customs procedures will be the responsibility of the customer. The company will not cover any customs duties or import taxes that may apply to the shipment. If the order is refused at the destination, Padel Nuestro will attempt to recover the shipment, charging the customer for shipping, return, customs and any other costs that may arise.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT

Upon receiving the package, if you notice any damage to the packaging, incorrect products or any issue caused by the transport, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

After 24 hours from the incident, the insurance company will reject any claims based on Article 366 of the Commercial Code.

If it is impossible for us to make the delivery, the company will contact you again to agree on a new delivery time or delivery date. The logistics company will inform you of the appropriate option.

When your order is delivered, you must check that everything is in accordance with what was requested.
If there is any discrepancy or problem with the order, you must contact PADELMANIA through the emails mentioned above, leaving us your personal data and order number reflecting the discrepancy or problem and we will contact you shortly to solve the problem.
