Are there discounts on products?
Yes, we can make discounts on the products by studying each particular case. Ask us and if this discount is accepted, we will send you a code that can be redeemed at the time of your purchase, before making the payment.

What if the product I ordered is sold out?
We will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and look for the best solution.
Do shipping costs vary depending on the number of items ordered?
Not in the case of shipments made to the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands.
In the case of shipments to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla will apply the costs reflected in the shipping costs table.
For international shipments it will depend on the volume and nature of the products. In this case and if there is any variation with respect to the initial shipping costs, the customer will be informed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
The delivery time is 24 to 48 hours (in business days) to the Peninsula, provided that we have stock of the products ordered and the payment method is PayPal, card, pay later or cash on delivery. If your payment method is deposit or bank transfer, the shipping process will start once the deposit has been received with the order reference in the Padelmania account.
If your order is not in stock, you will receive it between 3 and 7 business days.
If your order is not in stock and we verify that getting such order is more than 7 business days, we will immediately inform you with the waiting time indicated to us by the distributor of material, and the customer can, in this case, accept or reject the order.
Orders for the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta or Melilla will take between 5 and 7 business days.
Orders to Europe will take between 5 and 7 business days.
Orders to America will take between 15 and 20 business days.

Cash on the back payment
Cash on delivery is simple and secure. At the time of delivery of the order, the amount of the cash purchase is paid to the courier company.
3% of the total amount of the order will be applied as a commission for the cash-out payment
